Direct Clinic URL Not Specified
In order for this to be used, you must go directly to your custom URL specified within PracticeStudio. If you have not yet set this up, you can do so now by following the instructions below.
- 1. From within PracticeStudio, click the application button at the top left.
- 2. Click the gear to open the settings
- 3. Click Portal Management -> Portal Options
- 4. Scroll down to the "Customized Portal URL"
- 5. Enter the desired URL extension
- 6. This same extension will be used for both your patient portal and your clinic portal
